Good Printer for Die Cut and Embossed Business Cards?

Friday, 27 July 2007 @ 9:08

Hi, I’m new to the forum. I’m a freelance Graphic and Web Designer in Salt Lake City. Can anyone recommend a good printer for die cut and/or embossed business cards. I’d prefer to work with a local printer but on this project, online is probably okay if the cost is significantly lower. My client’s new website.

I’m looking to have cards made in the shape of the ‘Q’ / text bubble in the AQI logotype.

Thanks in advance!

Trade Engraving [ http://www.tradeprintfinishing.com/ ] is certainly the old school choice, they would handle with printing and are probably competative for the whole job given high quality expectations.

I would also recommend Trade Engraving - I’ve used them for tons of my die cut jobs (usually brokered through my printers). I’ve also worked briefly with Perfect Register.
