Need a responsive programmer!

I’ve been frustrated trying to find a website programmer that can return my phone calls and get works done when they say they will. I know people are incredibly busy right now, but do you have any suggestions? Can you make a recommendation? I’ve tried contacting larger firms and independent contractors in town that take a designer’s work and make it come alive on the web. I’m interested in basic to more involved including flash, e-commerce and databases.

    Thanks everyone! I’ll pass it on to the designer and cients who have been asking me for programmers. I’ve been on vacation nearly forever and haven’t been online. Sorry for MY lack of responsiveness. ;)
