Tuesday, 25 September 2007 @ 10:54

I am excited to announce that we now have a LinkedIn Group for UGAF members. You can add a note to your LinkedIn profile that states that you are a member and a UGAF badge will appear. Join the UGAF LinkedIn group here. Please note that I will have to approve each, so be patient as it might taken a few minutes. Please also note that if you want the UGAF badge to appear on your profile, you will have to edit your profile, scroll to the bottom where groups are, click “settings” next to the UGAF badge, and then change “Displaying the group logo to non-group members:” to “Yes” and save the changes.

job announcement form no longer requires account

Sunday, 19 October 2008 @ 18:50

I am pleased to announce that the job announcement form on the website no longer requires the user to be logged in. This is significant as most people posting job announcements are managers, human resources staff, or recruiters and therefor have no reason to have an account. If you are someone that only created an account to post a job, please send me a note so that we can remove your profile.
