a family website

Friday, 21 December 2007 @ 18:18

It’s always fun to relax a little and do something like this family website. Designed as a place where the client’s relatives and friends could come to read news, browse photographs, and stay up-to-date with their active growing family. The requirements included a custom design with a natural, warm, inviting color pallet, an automated blogging system, and the ability to easily post photos and video clips.

Retrospect does baby faces

Wednesday, 19 December 2007 @ 14:58

I love this collage that Retrospect did of baby faces. The work is excellent. I love the lighting. Describing the project on their blog, they said:

Your baby pulls a thousand faces, and I know you love each one. Even the sad and mad faces are adorable in photographs! I bet you’ve noticed, as your baby develops those faces change. Those little expressions can appear for a month or two and then disappear as they keep growing. … I’ve heard so many moms say that they wish they could see “that face again.” … So, I started to create personality storyboards for younger kids. They show off all of your little one’s happiest, funniest, and maddest faces so you can continue to cherish them forever!

Omniture launches website redesign

Friday, 14 December 2007 @ 17:03

After several months of design, coding, and implementation, I am excited to announce that the website redesign I built for Omniture is finally complete. In addition to giving the site a fresh and lighter face, specific work was put into redesigning for increased brand awareness, better positioned products and product categories, and to highlight customers. I also focused on improving the grid, hierarchy, and making it more visually stimulating.

job announcement form no longer requires account

Sunday, 19 October 2008 @ 18:50

I am pleased to announce that the job announcement form on the website no longer requires the user to be logged in. This is significant as most people posting job announcements are managers, human resources staff, or recruiters and therefor have no reason to have an account. If you are someone that only created an account to post a job, please send me a note so that we can remove your profile.
