This includes myself, before I started working in-house. I've been nothing but extremely impressed by the quality of people that I work with. That includes the quality of thinking and work that goes into the projects they do. I'm hoping that this organization can help add a bit of legitimacy to in-house groups and the work they do. I recommend that if you do decide to work in-house, that you do it with a non-profit dedicated to a cause you believe in. I think that makes a world of difference. But it will interesting to see what happens, There are definite issues to be looked at and the vast majority of opportunities now are not agency or studio positions.
