Orphan Works Bill
Monday, 12 May 2008 @ 16:19What has everyone heard on this one? I was forwarded some information about this proposed bill from a friend working as an illustrator in California. The proposed bill looks as though it applies to all visual arts. The short of it seems to say that if someone can’t find a credit for your work either on print or on the internet, that they can take it and use it as they like.
