The text of this book

I was reading a story to my daughter this evening and noticed that within the copyright information inside the front cover, the author has chosen to include information about the typeface used. I wish all books had this information.

If you’re interested, the book is Gossie by Olivier Dunrea and it’s a wonderful book.

Salt Lake Community College recruiting site

Richter7 has just completed a set of marketing sites for Salt Lake Community College. I think that they are great. They are refreshing, simple, clean, and effective. I love the illustrations and the way that they are incorporated into the interface.

Logo for new startup Rain Tree Gear

Stuck has designed a logo for a new startup called Rain Tree Gear. They are focused on saving the Rain Forests and will donate a percentage of the profit from the sales of their products to a charity working towards that goal.

This logo wasn’t just for Rain Tree, we like to think we designed it for Mother Earth too.”
