Description:
Love Communications, a full-service advertising agency located in downtown Salt Lake City, is looking for rare new breed of designer to join our growing interactive services group. An interactive designer creates compelling layouts for web sites, banner ads and microsites and then codes the XHTML and CSS to bring it alive. If you rock in Photoshop and your passion is bulletproof code, we want to add you to our team.

Responsibilities:
•	Creates layout artwork and front-end code for web sites, HTML email, microsites and ad banners
•	Optimizes online layouts using XHTML, CSS, AJAX, Javascript or Flash
•	Writes and debugs code for multi-browser compatibility.
•	Makes graphic, text or other maintenance changes to pre-existing web sites.
•	Evaluates interface designs for potential improvement or challenges


Required skills:
•	Requires advanced knowledge of XHTML and CSS
•	Requires advanced knowledge of Photoshop or equivalent graphics software
•	Requires working knowledge of Flash. (Actionscript is a plus, but not required)
•	Requires working knowledge of LAMP hosting environment.
•	Requires basic knowledge of JavaScript and AJAX
•	Some experience with PHP and MySQL is preferred.

•	Meticulous attention to detail.
•	Excellent communication skills.
•	Thrives in a fast paced environment
