	Landing page
	Menus
	Profile details page
3)	Slicing and converting template to Web2.0 standards
4)	Flash Demos for our service

Our startup is an eCommerce company for services (http://TalkValley.com).  We have a team of developers who are building the site in LAMP using MVC design architecture. We need a company/team that can help us in the design component of our site. We have a simple design right now for development purposes but we need a professional design for our site. In addition to website design, we also need our logo design and demos done for our site. Required skills:
Design team should:
•	be expert in CSS, XHTML, Web 2.0 design (tableless XHTML/CSS W3C valid design ), DHTML, Flash, etc
