Description:
We are a branding and marketing communications firm.

We are seeking a Web Developer/Designer to join our team. As a boutique agency, we are required to work with multiple clients on multiple projects simultaneously. The ability to to deliver projects on time is a MUST. The nature of our business requires excellent communication skills with both clients and the internal team.

You will be responsible for the fulfillment of web development and integration projects for our clients in a variety of web technologies.

Responsibilities:
•	Build and maintain web sites and web applications. An ideal candidate will have a solid background in PHP/MySQL and will be proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
•	Work with a host of national/international clients
•	Work well with the creative team
•	Knowledgeable of google analytics and ability to interpret data
•	Estimate and manage development effort required for projects and adhere to established release schedules.
•	Flash ActionScript proficiency is preferred


Required skills:
•	Excellent understanding and proven experience of Internet technologies including PHP programming languages, MySQL databases, web services, multimedia, custom content management systems, web browsers, and search engines and/or interactive media
•	Basic knowledge of Linux and Apache 
•	Strong MAC skills including Adobe Creative Suite
•	Ability to multi-task and self-manage
•	Attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in problem-solving.
•	Superior knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques, a strong online portfolio displaying user-centred design, and experience with web database solutions definite asset.
•	Excellent communication skills
