[UGAF] more news about local work

I second the motion of starting a refresh...St.George has one and we
don't? Wow...let's get to work on that! I'm sure we can make it really
successful. Wade, check out the site Mike linked to in his last post
for more details about Refresh. It's pretty big and really cool.
