The reason that I ask is that it sounds like it would make more sense  
for the Utah PHP Users Group to host it instead of the Utah Graphic  
Artists Forum. UPHPU's main focus is PHP but discusses and promotes  
all web application development.

I just happen to administer both groups so I can state immediately  
that that is something that UPHPU would be interested in doing.
