I think it makes sense for the RefreshSLC group to host the meeting. The
reason I say this is because I think the Refresh should be agnostic to all
the local groups. It should be open to all, kind of like a Code Camp.
Also, it would make collecting sponsorship of the meetings much simpler.
There are costs involved with running the meetings as I envision them and
I'll most likely set up a LLC to manage that and work with local companies
to sponsor the meetings. I am open to having folks from the local groups as
members of the LLC.
