Oh… I guess I still don't understand the whole Refresh thing
completely. (Sorry, I haven't had time to more then skim the site
yet.) If it is it's own think that you will head up and invite all of
theses groups to get together, then I say go for it. I will
definitely support it with the UPHPU and UGAF.
