I really like this direction - you've made some nice improvements.

The kerning in the name is still a little off - look at the space between the T & R and the space around the Q.

The arm pointing to the pie seems a little long. The pie could also use some stylization to feel more symbiotic with the person - maybe try some rounded corners.

I'm not sure what the underline below the name is accomplishing - it feels a little disjointed.
