[UGAF] maximized screen in Photoshop 10

Photoshop 10 introduced a new screen mode: maximized. It is kind of  
like Full Screen with menu bar, but the area beyond your image does  
not extend beneath the panels. I personally do not like this mode as  
you cannot drag the image around (as you can with the two full screen  
modes), so I am not sure why I even care about this, but within the  
past two days something changed and I am not sure how I changed it.  
The background (the area beyond the image) in Maximized Screen Mode  
is now black instead of gray. Does anyone know how to get it back to  
gray?
