I agree that I would emphasize the "train". I would play with the colors
rather than changing the font weight though.
Personally, its not so much the dude that bothers me, as it is the pie

I also agree that the pie chart is distracting. I like the guy though. I'd
keep the guy, lose the pie chart and the computer screen, kick the guy's
right arm out away from his body, and emphasize the fact that the name
"tranquil" is a word play on "train".
